(1) consignor submits the application for taking delivery to the factory warehouse prior to 25^th day of the month preceding the month of taking delivery;

(2) the factory warehouse confirms on it within three (3) days after receipt of such application;

(3) the factory warehouse sends out goods on the specified date of shipment，makes sampling, and seals up for safekeeping;

(4) consignor conducts acceptance check;
